The cells were subjected to a mild acid wash and incubated with DMSO (0.1% v/v), PD098059 (10 µM), rabbit nonimmune IgG (50 µg/ml), uPAR-specific antibody (50 µg/ml) or PD098059 (10 µM) plus uPAR-specific antibody (50 µg/ml). Cell growth was measured by MTT assay. The asterisk indicates that the treatment is significantly different from control (unpaired t-test, P<0.015, n=3). The dagger indicates that this result is not significantly different than the result obtained with uPAR-specific antibody or PD098059 alone.
