COS-7 cells were co-transfected with expression vectors encoding HA and one of the indicated proteins. After lysis and immunoprecipitation, the HA was resolved in 10% SDS polyacrylamide gels, blotted and probed with HA-specific antibodies. The ER- and Golgi-forms of HA are indicated.
