GFP-N-RAP-IB was concentrated in myofibril precursors (arrows, A,B) as well as in Z-lines of mature sarcomeres (arrowheads, A,B). GFP-N-RAP-IB also colocalized with ${alpha}$ -actinin at the cell periphery (asterisks, A,B; arrows, C,D) and at cell to cell contacts (arrowheads, C,D).
