In each case the panels show (from right to left): DAPI/DIC, DAPI, Nuf2.GFP fluorescence, Ark1.PkC immunofluorescence and a merge of the two middle panels on the left. Ark1.PkC distribution is highly reminiscent of that in mitosis. As the spores form Ark1.PkC reactivity accumulates.
