Some non-opsonized mycobacteria (A) were also found in CD63-negative phagosomes (B) (arrowheads). Phagosomes containing non-opsonized mycobacteria (E) were negative for Hck (F) (arrows) although phagosomes harboring serum-opsonized mycobateria (G) were positive for Hck (H) (arrows).
