(A) The expression of annexin 6 was examined by western blotting of two stable transfectants with annexin 6 cDNA (Anx#1 and Anx#2) and one with mock vector (Mock#1), together with IMR90 and the parent A431 cells. 50 µg of protein of cell lysates were used for western blotting. Human annexin 6 was detected using mouse monoclonal anti-annexin 6 antibody. (B) Attachment of the transfectants to the CSPE substratum was assayed. The results are expressed as mean values and standard deviations of determinations from at least three independent experiments.
