The GAL4-DNA-binding domain is represented by the black box. The paired amphipathic helices (PAH1 and PAH2) are represented by the dark gray boxes. The acid-rich domain (AD) is represented by the light gray box and the Ser/Pro/Thr-rich domain (SPT) is represented by the medium gray box.
