CHO_FGF-2-GFP and CHO_GFP cells were grown on glass coverslips for 24 hours at 37°C in the absence or presence of doxicyclin. Where indicated, cells were washed with PBS containing 125 µg/ml heparin. Following fixation using paraformaldehyde, cells were processed with affinity-purified anti-GFP antibodies and secondary antibodies coupled to an Alexa546 fluorophore. The specimens were embedded using Fluoromount and viewed with a Zeiss LSM 510 confocal microscope. The results shown are representative of four independent experiments.
