(c,d) Jurkat cells were cultured at 37°C on anti-CD82-coated plates ({gamma}C11, 50 µg/ml). After one hour, 0.1 µg/ml of Toxin B was added (d), or not (c), to the culture medium and the cells were cultured for another two hours on anti-CD82 coated plates.
