After 48 hours in culture, the cells were stimulated, or not (A), by culturing at 37°C with 2x105 control IgG2a (B) or anti-CD3-coated (C) beads. After 15 minutes of contact, cells were plated on microscope slides, fixed and analyzed by fluorescent microscopy.
