Twenty hours after DNA transfection, peGFP-C2/pol{kappa}-containing cells were irradiated at 0 J/m2, 2 J/m2, 5 J/m2 or 10 J/m2 and incubated for 6 hours at 37°C, 5% CO2. About 1000 fluorescent cells were then analysed as already described.
