Immunoblots with a polyclonal rabbit anti-DRAL/FHL-2 antibody on whole muscle samples of adult mouse ventricle (lane 1), mouse tibialis anterior (fast twitch skeletal muscle, lane 2) and mouse soleus (slow twitch skeletal muscle, lane 3) show a band of the expected molecular weight of 34 kDa only in the heart. (B) DRAL/FHL-2 expression is upregulated in fetal mouse heart.
