Cells were fixed, immunostained with laminin-specific antibody, then permeabilized with Triton X-100 and co-stained with anti-ß1 integrin antibody. (a) ß1-integrin was distributed in fibrillar arrays prior to treatment with laminin. Panels b and c reveal integrin and laminin within the same field.
