EphA3 293T cells (control) were transiently transfected with myc-tagged, w/t CrkII, dominant-negative SH3* CrkII or both w/t and SH3* CrkII as indicated. Parallel cultures of stimulated (+) or nonstimulated (-) cells were fixed in 4% PFA. Cells were stained with rhodamine-phalloidin (Phalloidin) or anti-Myc antibody (anti-Myc) to monitor the actin cytoskeleton or CrkII derived proteins, respectively.
