Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst (blue). (A) Before treatment with nocodazole huntingtin and tubulin immunoreactivity largely overlaped. (B) After addition of nocodazole to the culture medium, microtubules were disrupted and both huntingtin and tubulin acquired a patchy and diffuse distribution.
