Lacrimal acini incubated without (resting) and with CCH (100 µM, 15 minutes) were processed by isopycnic centrifugation on sorbitol density gradients. The distributions of VAMP2, {gamma}-adaptin, acid phosphatase, rab3D and rab6. Fractions were pooled for VAMP2 and {gamma}-adaptin to conserve material for western blotting.
