(C) Duplicate loadings were blotted and probed with ${alpha}$ -actinin antibody. The antibody specifically detects ${alpha}$ -actinin binding to N-RAP-IB and N-RAP-LIM, but does not detect any ${alpha}$ -actinin binding to N-RAP-SR or to the His-CAT control proteins.
