Total RNA was extracted from freshly isolated cells (FIC), 7 DIV and 14 DIV cells. Equal amounts of mRNA were used for RT reactions and then real time PCR reactions were performed with specific primers as described in Materials and Methods. These results correspond to the mean±s.e.m. of four different experiments performed in triplicate.
