A PNS of non-transfected PC12 cells was subjected to differential and then to equilibrium sucrose gradient (0.8-2 M sucrose) centrifugation. Equal aliquots of the final equilibrium gradient fractions (top, fraction 1) were analysed by western blotting for myosin Va and rSgII (A).
