(A) Cells were triple-stained to reveal actin (green), the focal adhesion component vinculin (red) and DNA (blue). Vinculin-positive focal adhesions were located at the ends of stress fibers in control cells. Stress fibers and focal adhesions were disrupted in MI-treated cells, accompanied by an increase in diffuse cytoplasmic staining. Scale bar: 20 µm.
