(C) Co-expression of CrkIIGFP with Dab1RFP (purple) restored the ability to migrate on collagen to many of the co-expressing cells, and in the same experiment cells expressing Dab1RFP alone (red) showed little movement (Bar, 60 µm). The cell tracings are a composite of three independent experiments in which similar results were obtained.
