Values were normalized using the following reference genes: glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), RNA polymerase II (RPII), TATA-Box binding protein (TBP) and -tubulin. Each value is the mean±s.e. of measurements performed on three independent cultures.
