The yellow bars indicate the `core' region conserved between Pds5A and Pds5B, which contains multiple HEAT repeats (shown in magenta). The C-termini of Pds5A (blue line) and Pds5B (red line) display little similarity. Consensus sites for Cdk phosphorylation are clustered in the C-terminal domain of Pds5B (indicated by thin, vertical red lines) but not of Pds5A.
