Paraffin sections were stained in haematoxylin and eosin (HE) or by immunohistochemistry for the proliferation marker Ki67 (Ki67, brown nuclear staining) and the differentiation markers cytokeratin 10 (K10, brown staining) and transglutaminase (TG, brown staining).
