Basal TAC was correlated with cell viability (as determined by the MTT test) in cells exposed to 2.0 µM aggregated HypF-N for 24 hours. TAC values are expressed as pmol of ABTS{bullet}+ produced per mg of protein. For technical details see under Materials and Methods. TAC values are the means of three experiments carried out in duplicate.
