The infected cells were pulse-labeled with a mixture of [³⁵S]cysteine and [³⁵S]methionine for 30 minutes followed by a 5-hour incubation period in chase-medium. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with antibodies against external epitopes of EGFR (A) or IL2R (B).
