Fig. 3. Integrin signaling is required for spectrin clustering. BAE cells were allowed to spread on poly-L-lysine-coated coverslips in the presence of 2% serum for 30 minutes, fixed, permeabilized, and stained with monoclonal antibody against ${alpha}$ vß3 integrin and polyclonal antibodies against spectrin. Actin filaments were detected with TRITC-labeled phalloidin. Bar, 20 µm.
