Proteins (30 µg) from HEK293 and COS7 cells expressing SEP-CaSR in the absence or presence of HA-RAMP3 were deglycosylated by incubation with Endo-H or PNGase-F. The samples were subsequently resolved by SDS-PAGE and the different states of glycosylation of the CaSR were revealed by probing with an anti-GFP antibody.
