Proteins (75 µg protein/lane) were separated on 10% SDS-PAGE, blotted and immunodetected with anti-phosphorylated p38 or ERK. Resting levels of phosphorylated protein kinases were determined on untreated (0 minutes) cells. Blots reacted with anti-p38 and anti-ERK measured total amounts of protein blotted.
