CEFs (A-D) and COS7 cells (E-H) were transfected to overexpress GIT1 (A,E), ßPIX (B,F), or both proteins (C,D,G,H), and analyzed by immunofluorescence. Same fields are shown in C,D, and in G,H. Co-expression of GIT1 and ßPIX enhanced the localization of both proteins at large structures (arrowheads). Bars, 20 µm.
