(D,E) Effect of ARAP2 on cells with inhibited ROK activity. U118 cells were transfected with a plasmid for the expression of ARAP2. Twenty-four hours later, the cells were treated with Y27632, a specific ROK inhibitor. The cells were fixed and stained for ARAP2 and either actin (C) or paxillin (D) as indicated.
