Cells were processed for immunofluorescence immediately after exposure. Immunofluorescence was performed using anti-hCL antibody LN-1436 and FITC-conjugated secondary antibody. DAPI was used to counterstain cell nuclei. Figures are representative merged images of two independent experiments.
