Plates were incubated for 3 days at 28°C or 37°C. (B) The cdc42-1 (DJTD2-16D) strain transformed with an empty vector or a multicopy plasmid containing the ROT1 gene was streaked onto YPD plates and incubated at 35°C for 3 days.
