(B) Panx1 and Panx3 were found to be glycosylated, as revealed by protein-band shifts upon digestion with 10 units of N-glycosidase F. The glycoprotein transferrin was used as a positive control for N-glycosidase activity and anti-GAPDH antibody was used to assess gel loading.
