(B) C2C12 cells were transfected with GFP-tagged plasmids for wild-type Cdc42 (GFP-Cdc42wt) or a dominant-negative form (GFP-Cdc42N17). Cells were stimulated with 3 nM BMP2 and cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting with anti-Akt-P(Ser473), and reprobed with anti-Akt antibody and anti-Cdc42 antibody.
