1. A description of the development of the external form of the pronephric tubule of Perca f luviatilis is given.
2. In two animals a communication between pronephric chamber and tubule was not found.
3. A description of the histological structure of the three parts of the pronephric tubule is given.
4. Three parts in the larval tubule are distinguished which agree with the parts distinguished by Audige in the mesonephric tubule.
