. Drosophila embryo crude extract was subjected to immunoprecipitation using a polyclonal antibody against Dpit47 cross-linked to protein A sepharose. The immunocomplexes were washed extensively and then eluted with increasing salt concentrations and SDS as indicated in the figure.
