Equal amounts of protein from HFL-1 cells was exposed to VN (0.01, 0.1, 1 µg/ml), FN (10 µg/ml), CN I (10 µg/ml) or laminin (10 µg/ml), subjected to SDS-PAGE and probed by western blotting using a monoclonal antibody to -SMA. Membranes were stripped and reprobed with a monoclonal antibody for tubulin, as a protein loading control. Blots are representative of at least three separate experiments.
