Puromycin-selected cells were cultured on either gelatin or laminin-1, in the presence of 10 ng/ml rVEGF or 5 ng/ml TGF-ß1, and stained for ${alpha}$ -smooth muscle actin (FITC, actin filaments in green) and CD31 (red).
