expression and cellular localization. The GAL4-DNA-binding domain and the
domains of hDaxx are indicated at the top. The GAL4-DNA-binding domain is
represented by the black box. The paired amphipathic helices (PAH1 and PAH2)
are represented by the dark gray boxes. The acid-rich domain (AD) is
