(A) P66/ACF was associated with the surface and borders of heterochromatin in the nucleus (magnification, 22,500x). Cytoplasmic p66/ACF was predominantly associated with the outer surface of the endoplasmic reticulum and B, to a lesser extent with the outer surface of the Golgi (magnification, 30,000x).
