Parental (A,B) or EphA3-293T cells (C-J) were grown on fibronectin-coated glass coverslips. Following stimulation with ephrin-A5 fixed and permeabilised cells were incubated with rhodamine-phalloidin (A-D), or primary antibodies against -tubulin (E,F) and phospho-tyrosine (G-J) and Alexa-labelled secondary antibodies to visualise microtubule and focal complexes, respectively.
