Overexpression of syntaxin 7 in MDCK cells did not induce a mislocalization of the protein. MDCK cells stably expressing GFP-TIVAMP, GFP-cellubrevin (GFP-Cb) or GFP-endobrevin (GFP-Eb) were fixed 24 hours after transfection with syntaxin 7 and stained for syntaxin 7. Note the vesicular distribution of syntaxin 7 and its partial colocalization in peripheral structures with GFP-TIVAMP and GFP-Eb (arrows). Bar, 7 mm
