• Movie 1 - Fluo-4 loaded fibroblasts showing periodic increases in intracellular calcium. Images collected at two frames per second and played back at a rate of 10 frames per second.
• Movie 2 - Fluo-4 loaded fibroblasts upon invasion by T. gondii. Very little change in host cell calcium is detected during entry. Recording first in phase contrast mode, followed by fluorescence mode. Images collected at two frames per second and played back at a rate of 10 frames per second.
• Movie 3 - Oscillating calcium fluxes observed in fluo-4 labeled T. gondii during gliding motility. Alternating phase contrast and fluorescent images were collected at one pair of images per second and the frames were merged. Images are played back at 10 frames per second.
• Movie 4 - Fluo-4-labeled T. gondii invading fibroblasts. Alternating phase contrast and fluorescent images were collected at one pair of images per second and the frames were merged. Two separate examples are shown in sequence. Images are played back at 10 frames per second.
