Rad9-13myc is present in equal amounts in all strains tested for nuclear
localization in Fig. 5. Each lane
contains 30 ml of a TCA whole-cell
extract derived from six OD600 units of cells. The relevant
strain genotypes and gel loading order are: lane 1, rad9::13 myc; lane 2, rad9::13 myc rad17w (pREP41); lane 3, rad9::13 myc rad17w (pREP41-rad4); lane 4, rad9::13 myc rad17w (pREP41-HA-rad4); lane 5, rad9::13 myc rad17w hus1::ura4 (pREP41-HA-rad4); lane 6, rad9::13 myc rad17w hus1::ura4 (pREP41-rad4). All strains carry the ura4D-18 leu1-32
mutations.
