Movement
of glioma cells in the monolayer radial migration assay. SF767 cells were
seeded onto laminin (10 mg/ml)-coated
slides in the migration assay format and a video taken over a 24 hour time
period. The rim of the assay contains a population of cells that are actively
migrating and extending lamellipodia. Within the core of the assay cells are
physically restricted from rapid migration and extension of lamellipodia.
