Migration was measured 24 hours post seeding (), cells were then treated with 1 µM camptothecin for 24 hours (SF767) or 100 ng/ml Trail for 16 hours (T98G), stained with DAPI then % apoptotic cells in the rim quantitated as described in Materials and Methods (). Values represent the mean and standard deviation of three replicate measurements.
