(A) MCF-7/ZEO cells were stained with anti-GD1a mAb. Staining was visualised using FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. (B,C) Double staining of MCF-7/CD82 cells was carried out using a combination of anti-GD1a (GD1a-1) and anti-CD82 ({gamma}C12) mAbs (B and C, respectively). Staining was visualised using a combination of Texas Red-conjugated goat anti-IgG1 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-IgG2a. (D) Digital superimposition of B and C.
