SV80 cells were transfected with CFP-vinculin and YFP-dSH2, serum starved for 12 hours and treated with 10µm M nocodazole. Images were taken for 10 minutes. The time between two successive frames is two minutes. The ‘red cell’ (left) and the ‘green cell’ (right) show the vinculin and PY dynamics. The cell in the middle is a ratio image created from the two images on the left and right, respectively. The cell shown here is the same one as that presented in Fig. 7.
