Immunocomplexes were precipitated with Protein-A-conjugated agarose. Proteins were eluted using Laemmli buffer and analyzed by immunoblot for detection of RhoGDI. This result is representative of three independent experiments demonstrating that forskolin stimulation is associated with the formation of a soluble RhoA-Rho-GDI complex.
